The University of Pittsburgh

In 2009, The University of Pittsburgh launched The Hesselbein Global Academy for Student Leadership and Civic Engagement, aimed to produce a cadre of experienced, ethical leaders equipped to address critical issues throughout the world.

Through dynamic global mentorship, training, and service opportunities, student leaders of today will become the business, community, and government leaders of tomorrow.

In 2015, the Papers of Frances Hesselbein were officially archived in the University of Pittsburgh’s Library System. 

Mutual of America 

Mutual of America Financial Group provides services for pension, retirement, and long-range savings needs of various organizations and their employees.

​Since 1990, Mutual has provided the Hesselbein organization office spaces rent-free in a generous act of corporate social responsibility.

Since 1996, Mutual and the Forum have worked together on the Community Partnership Award, which recognizes successful cross-sector partnerships and the outstanding contributions they make to society. The Forum manages the evaluation of the hundreds of applications of organizations who apply.

Best Practice Institute

Founded by CEO, social/organizational psychologist, best-selling author, thought leader, and entrepreneur, Louis Carter in 2001, Best Practice Institute is an award-winning leadership development center, think tank, solutions provider, peer network, research institute and online learning portal with more than 10,000 corporate and individual learning members around the world. 

Carter’s yearly Most Loved Workplace list—which celebrates organizations that have the highest scores on employee sentiment and satisfaction for their corporations—will be published in the in the December 2021 edition of the Hesselbein Forum’s Leader to Leader journal. Organizations will have the opportunity to assess their employees on Systemic Collaboration, Positive Future, Alignment of Values, Respect Building, and Killer Outcomes, and identify if they are a Most Loved Workplace.

Bright China Foundation

This partnership makes available to China's executives and entrepreneurs the Forum's curated resources and relationships to serve, evolve and lead together. 

The great Chinese philanthropist, business entrepreneur, and educator Shao Ming Lo is the founder and chairman of Bright China Holding Ltd., the Peter F. Drucker Academy and the Bright China Foundation in China, and one of the Forum's greatest benefactors.

The Forum's partnership with John Wiley & Sons produces the Leader to Leader Journal, and more than 25 books published in more than 30 languages.
